Keeping Up With the Traditionalists

Here at Casa Victoria, we love our mid-century just as much as the next guy--(after all, we are located in Silverlake, the hippest neighborhood in the US.) Anyone who is anyone knows that mid-century modern is "in" right now but that doesn't mean it's necessarily for you. Instead, you might find yourself craving something a little more traditional and that is totally fine--in fact, we are utterly enthused! The great thing about Casa Victoria (besides our winning smiles) is that we have furniture that appeals to those traditional enthusiasts as well as their trendier counterparts. 1948 Still Life by Alex Miller

Still life paintings often adorned ancient Egyptian tombs because they believed that the food objects and other items depicted, would become real to the deceased in the afterlife.
