T-Square | Suede Covered Parsons Style Console Table

The Parsons table was first designed by Jean-Michel Frank, a teacher at Parsons Paris School of Art and Design. According to an article in the NY Times, "Frank challenged students to design a table so basic that it would retain its integrity whether sheathed in gold leaf, mica, parchment, split straw or painted burlap, or even left robustly unvarnished. What grew out of Frank's sketches and the students' participation was initially called the T-square table ... " This suede covered parsons-style console table has a glass top and was handcrafted with wood detailing. Though Parson's tables are normally seen in modern or contemporary homes, their simple design would work with many different types of interiors.

Ancient Art Form | Pair of Round 1960s Mosaic Tables

Mosaics are an ancient art form dating as far back as the second half of 3rd millennium BC. Early excavations revealed mosaics that were comprised of colored stones, shells and ivory. Each of these round 1960s mosaic tables has retro legs. One table has tile with varying shades of green and the other table has tile in varying shades of cream brown.
